"Follow the final light"-I tell myself
Because, in the end you'll find him again and would be the same soul that was cut in half by the cold knife of the cruel death.
The forest and me
Trees that seem to grow forever
Branches that cove the sky
Leaves that are a beautiful shade of
Orange and bright red
As I stand amongst these trees
I am waiting
Waiting for the brush of wind to graze my face
For that moment I forget
I forget all of my troubles
And be the child that God
Created me to be
A child of color
A child of strength
A child of honor
that's who God wants me to be....

A simple walk through the woods
Became so much more to me
The birds were chirping
The trees were calling
There was just so much to see
I was taken by the trees beauty
As the leaves swayed across my shoes
So I went off path
But went back on course
And realized I cut my time in half
Soon I was looking up
At a promising prosperous light
I walked ahead
This walks been so great
Nature is beautiful and bright

Walking Through the Forest
Walking through the forest I see,
A bright light calling out to me.
It beckons me closer, I try to stall,
My fear is great from the wonder of it all.
Be still my feet as I gaze the path to take,
Would the light that led be a big mistake?
Or would pleasure be found inside the glow,
Steady, I walk my footsteps stumbling slow.
Leaves they are caught by a steady breeze,
A rainbow of colors, the beauty of painted leaves.
A voice from the brightness, “cast the darkness aside,”
"Come in my child, I welcome you inside.”
My Heavenly Father awaits me there,
No more worries, no more cares.
The darkness is gone my world filled with light,
Soon I will return, and my part of the world will be set aright.

The light Shines down through a tunnel of trees
Drawing you towards the light
It's a wonderful experience, a wonderful sight
Drawing you in with its ethereal light
You can't see what awaits when you reach the light
But you know deep within, nothing will stop you, you are going to go
At first you take it really slow
But then you speed up, begin to gallop and run
You can see your family and you know your going home.
A light off in the distance directing me,
through a dark path of trees, just the light lets me see.
The trees are old and have been there over 100 years
Its a bit spooky in the bushes along the way I see my fears
The forest in looming large down this path,
All of my anger can be seen through its tall leaning wrath.
There is a clear walkway with leaves leading me,
to look inside myself and what else I might see.
This area of forest has it all psychologically
taking a walk down this path who I vision is me.
