a supersymmetric venus (SUSY)

that which falls

is the flotsam of birth

with the mooring of scrotum strings

stinging polyps she comes out of her shell

her arms swell upwards out of the surf

out of an integer-sea sweetly she sings

with the moist and pointy breath of a rogue wave

clamping bits of clams (like rock flowers) and chance

upon a cantata of

breakwater

(A translation of an Afrikaans poem: weer-lig, Fransi Nieuwoudt, 2018, Naledi Uitgewers)
