Thank you
Jesus you have given unto me the
Wisdom and courage to fight the good fight
To stand strong, to stand on my own, to love
And beleive in all humanity
And for that I thank you...
You have given unto me the strength
To carry someone's heavy load
In order to help them overcome
The objects that may block their
Path to you...
I am your child and father
I THANK YOU.........

Thank you, Father for the air I breathe,
Thank you for the sun and the birds that sing,
Thank you for the slightest summer breeze,
Dearest Father, thank you for everything.
Waves Upon the Sand
We can't keep a wave upon the sand
Nor grasp rainbows in our outstretched hands
It doesn't matter where you stand
When a loved one passes to their promised land.
We may cry and shout; even pray to our gods
Knowing our wishes are futile words.
We must accept life is short and flawed
And smile at their memory, cry, and applaud.
Tired of her own silence
she found her voice and
began singing her song.
The wide sun rises,
Kisses us indifferently as it rolls by.

Bless My Life
Bless my life with your warmth,
uplift my body with your holy hand.
Make me the flame of your holy alter,
The incessant flame would brighten,
the day and night.
Light my soul with your holy flame.
let your divine hand touch the dark hour,
Twinkling stars beget in your holy bower,
The eternal darkness fades away
from your blinking eyes,
And see your light in the darkest alcove
where thy light might lie.
My pain, my darkness my sadness
would burn in your heavenly flame. .
Light my life with your blessed flame.

Openly here I stand
Breathing in all that's grand
Letting go of all that's not
Giving my dreams all that I've got
Pulling all that I need from within
With absolute faith I know I can win

The sun's insistent wink, silver petals aglow, soft rolling colors held aloft in a hand-spun basket.
burnt coffee swimming in scented ribbons, the hiss and fizz precluding a call to refresh, bright brown lights.
How wide open yet strangely intimate this setting is, inviting creativity and connection, focus and distraction, solitude and darting eye contact.
