It's been over 7 years since
Scissors last touched my hair
The longer my hair grew
The more attached I became
I typically cling to familiarity
I rarely venture out and try something new
I left my comfort zone and I'm pleased with the results
I'm looking forward to witnessing
The growth all over again
To some hair may not hold much value
To me it's the feature I cherish the most
