Bulbs to Blow
The cracking of eggshells, but not really so,
It is but shattered glass of bulbs to blow.
They cut, and you bleed, shards so thin,
He is home. Let the waking nightmare begin.
Gently. Gently. Still. Do not say the wrong thing.
Let peace come tonight for I know what the morrow will bring.
The drink has him under her captivating charm,
“Oh, Father, this night, please, keep me safe from harm.

One single light shines in a group
The rest just sit there ignoring him
They pay no attention at all
his chances of success very slim
The effort he puts in is constant
he thinks the results are great
but when all just ignore him
he keeps at it testing his fate
Then he realizes that no one cares
so he lets his light go out
He just puts down his pen
and walks away without a shout
no more words will leave his pen
and nothing more to say
His attempt at writing squashed
waiting for his final day
One Bright Idea
One bright idea's better than none
Write it down fast before it is gone
Very nice Kyle
When all feels dark, it leaves us cold
the power dies, light faded away, here in this empty space
we feel alone, displaced, cant find a soul to embrace, cant get a foothold
the right spark, electricty of the heart, the shades lift, no longer an hiding place
Not alone, this once dark room was full all along
all hidden behind the mists of the mind, the darkness inside
now a beacon is lit, the lights hit, the room is bright, feel i belong
this home filled with love, with all my friends beside
Great job, Jackie and Subbo.
A bright light in the center of it all
the others went to sleep, some snuggled against the wall
the light blazed bright before they went to bed,
their mother burns the brightest and stays awake instead
They will always think that their mom will be
but they will age too, and the center they will see
they sleep to conserve their strength
they have an expiration, a time and a length
At the edge of light A shadow moves A dark dance A pulsating beat At the edge of light Consciousness reforms And she swirls in spires Until I move for her And then she is gone
A bright Spark
A Great idea comes to mind
I've been searching it's been hard to find
Several ideas I started to begin, then gradually they faded and dimmed
Now this is the brightest of them all
I will put myself to the test, deliver what I believe will be the best
My time has come,my bulb Shines bright
Let this idea lead me to the light
