Achieving peace your hands and mine,
It does not matter our place in time.
We cannot relive a past that often haunts,
Share a brighter future. That is what I want.
Join hands, smile a bright sunshiny smile,
Finger tips touch, we should start a new style.
The blood we have is always the same color, red,
PEACE we need. Our ancestors; all of them bled.

Juntamos nuestras manos
como rayos de una estrella
para que iluminen la noche serena
y cubran mi corazón agitado.
Este lleva una tormenta invisible
por la lejanía de tus manos
y la ausencia de tu sentido
en los rayos de mi estrella.

We bring our hands together
like rays of a star
to brighten the night serene
and cover my restless heart.
This one carries an invisible storm
because of the remoteness of your hands
and the absence of your sense
in the rays of my star.
