The wee hours before the sunrise,

A new day, a new dawn, a new surprise.

Stretch, breathe deeply, let my heart mend.

Waking the world a new day to begin,

Positive thoughts, each action we take,

Tends to activate our type of day.

Energy. I wish to smile, laugh, be a friend,

Maybe today forgiveness and a past to mend.
