Lost in storm , Found in Desert
When the strong winds tossed mine little soul
I got lost in whirling waves tormented by storms
Just like a small herb uprooted
From her protective bark of woods ,
I was carried away to remote desert island
And it felt like a scorpion bitten.
My heart was numb and sore, until I realized,
Seasons of pleasures, turned into dark pain
And I was found on the dusty heaps of deserts.
When the strong winds shook mine little soul,
I lost myself in swirling waves of storms
Just like tiny snail shell swept away
From his angel mother living in the ocean
Felt like a rock , left in the middle of coast
Life is more like tales of seas and storms,
Islands with sapphire waters suffocates me to live
And my soul divests me , to breathe freshness
I've been living on isle of white deserts, until I realized.

‘Lost in Storms, Found in Deserts’ is an intense journey that tells the tale of one tossed to and from in the strong winds of adversity in life. Using remote settings such as the desert to represent the extent and degree of seclusion and loneliness is clever. The power of the storm in this poem is a creative way to symbolize movement and change. Very personal yet extremely figurative and imaginative.
