There is an image of me that everyone may see,
It is the image of the kind of person I want to be.
I do my best when I look in the mirror,
to see the same girl at the center.
The mirrors tells all, about your mood,
Catching your reflection if your happy or you brood
The extra five pounds you gained on vacation
The truth when it comes to honesty station
Look in the mirror and tell me,
Who is it today that you see?
Is it different each time?
Is your personality like sampling many wines?
The mirror tells all it is the truth,
You watch it wash away your youth,
Sometimes you just want to hide
the truth in the mirror which is not on your side
Paul thank you so much for that I li Paul thank you so much for the. Llke. I’d love for you wrote back it’s beautiful
No mirror necessary! (.)
Be Real
All around we can hear the cry,
Who am I? Who am I?
So many people search for the answer
until the day they die.
So many people come and go,
never learning what they must know.
What am I meant for? What shall I do?
God dear God, If only I knew.
Some search to identify with someone else,
never having the courage to look to themselves.
They aimlessly search, their minds in spin,
for the answer that lies only within.
For some it is easy to run away,
they haven’t the courage to face the next day.
For some it is easy to face the next day,
they haven’t the courage to turn away.
All around we can hear the cry.
Who am I? Who am I?
So many search for the answer
until the day they die.
And yet the answer is as clear as day and night.
You must do what in God makes you feel right.
Be Real, above all, be real!
