Salvation
Not in my name were you crucified
My sins are not why you died
Salvation sought in your name
Millions play the profits game
From up high on your dogwood cross
You set me up to bear the loss
Repent or feel my wrath in waves
Dwell eternally in the sinner’s graves
In your houses built on lies and tainted money
The promise dangled of milk and honey
The crown of thorns you wear so well
Accept me now or reside in hell
I need no salvation, I need not repent
Was the pain I endured really heaven sent
Cast your gaze upon me, wither me with shame
I refuse to play your sick religious game.
