He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life
There are some so called Christians that give us all a bad name. Yes, they are judgemental among other things. Am I offended? Not really. It is not my place to judge them. I can give my opinion then the rest is up to them I will not gather together a mass of people and protest them or whisper hatred. That is not my way. I will spread God’s word, believe in the bible, and the All Mighty God. It is not my place to punish nor spread doom and gloom.
God will handle the punishment. God will decide who is true to Him.
Jesus is in your heart, not in a nativity scene, that is a doll. Jesus is in your soul, not a statue, that is cement. Jesus is in the air we breathe.
I do not worship statues, I worship Jesus. No idols for me. I want the real thing and Jesus is the real thing.
There are many that will tell you That you are going to hell. They know this how? God is the only one that knows who will go to hell. How do we know that the person does not ask for forgiveness before they leave this earth? How do we know if God decided to shower His grace upon them? We do not know. I do not know.
It is good to preach God’s word, live God’s word, but do not push, nor threaten with the many horrors that await them. The choice is there’s. God gives us that choice so can we do any less?
I cannot say if you do wrong you are going to hell. God will decide who goes. I just know I do not want to be one in the eternal inferno. Endless fire for all eternity.
You may wish to be in a storm but I prefer peace. Peace comes from following the light, not other people. The light of Christ. Jesus is the light. He is truth and He is the only way. We sin. Yes. All of us sin, but forgiveness from the Lord saves us.
He hung on that cross bloody and battered for me, for us. I believe. Indeed, I do. Sometimes
I wish to just feel His arms around me and hold me. Reach for Him. Love Him. Feel the love and peace.
Love. Yes, love.
Romans 5:8 but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 8:37-39 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Matthew 5:14-15, “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.”
Luke 8:16, “No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.”
Matthew 5:16, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
