As Real As They Believe When others don't believe your real Simply because they can't perceive What to you is more than just appeal Because you believe and receive In pray to His son you kneel God's love received because you believe When others can't see in you what's real  Like it or not, it's theirs to conceive  The Lord's place to them to reveal You and Him to be, as real as they believe Thoughts: It can be hard when you work around mostly unbelievers or those that don't quite get your beliefs as you do. Getting made fun of, or taken advantage of, or even being challenged by co-workers because of your belief in Jesus Christ can question one's faith. I've learned to try to keep a smile on my face and keep pressing on, rather others want to believe I am serious in my belief and in my relationship with the Lord; to keep my faith. "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept my faith" (2 Timothy 4:7, NKJV). 

A Collision Course with Him Our path sometimes unknown Due life’s situational outcomes On a collision course that’s shown Our life does then becomes That to which it is thrown One prays and succumbs To where the path known With the Lord one then becomes For the unknown path now blown As a collision course with Him overcomes And now you have surely grown Thoughts: Thinking about how hard it can be sometimes when trying to follow the Lord’s purpose for your life and not really knowing where He is leading you. But, one can always find Him in your prayers. 

Can’t Go Back, Onto To What Awaits At times I think of the past I see past relationships and mistakes My spiritual being holds fast In praying my soul betakes As understanding sets in at last Knowing I can't go back, my being awakes In repairing relationships and mistakes I can only learn from what it makes For sometimes their purpose creates Uplifting of my soul that aches Now better onto to what awaits Thoughts: I've learned that one cannot change or fix the past relationships, nor mistakes. That everything happens as a lesson or test and best to learn from them instead of being unhappy; because of them.

By Mind, Heart, Soul, & Flesh Who I was before you, I did not know For you gave me a total refresh Where every part of me did grow By mind, heart, soul, and flesh Gave my mind knowledge that you bestow And straight to my heart you did mesh Making my soul to become aglow Helping my flesh through this afresh Thank you Lord, for love that did flow You helped me grow, gave me a total refresh Who I was before you, I did not know By mind, heart, soul, and flesh

In this world, we have a path Where some are different than mine Creating a path that leads to wrath Where being there for them, it's fine However, for me the feel of warpath Where being there was not my design And seeing this a thought aftermath For giving to my path a sign T hat leads to a different footpath In following them I must decline The path that leads to a bloodbath Where there I am no where near fine As in going down their path For their path was not my design Where their's is different than mine
